BW Meeting Room Rules

• We recommend booking our meeting room ahead of time. Walk-in is welcome but availability is not guaranteed.

• For Nonprofit organizations, the first two hours are free, then $5/hour after the first two hours. 

​

• If you are a For-Profit organizations, we charge a small fee of  $5/hour for every hour you reserve.

​

• Free cancellation. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can free up the meeting room for other parties. 

 
How to Book BW Meeting Room  

1.    Choose the nature of your organization/group (Nonprofit or For-profit).

2. Select hours of usage and Click the BOOK NOW button. 

3. Following instructions to complete booking and finish payment online if fees are due.

4. You should receive a confirmation email after payment is received.

5. When you come in for your reservation, please first check in at the counter.
